FAQ and Return/Exchange Policies

How long will it take for my order to ship?

In stock/ready made items: Anything that is not marked as made to order or custom is in stock and ready to ship. Please allow 1-6 business days for order processing. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays. Your shipping speed depends on the shipping method that you choose at checkout.

Custom items: Custom items take up to 2-4 weeks to make. Please allow an additional 1-6 business days for order processing after made to order completion. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays. Your shipping speed depends on the shipping method that you choose at checkout. 

Custom Order Mock Ups take up to 5 business days to create.

Rush Orders we offer rush order options for an additional fee. Please let us know when placing your custom order if you need it sooner than 2-4 weeks.

We offer upgraded shipping options at checkout, if you need your item by a specific date please let us know the same day you place your order. If you have any questions pertaining to your order, please reach out to us directly at contact@shoptonguetied.com

Team orders: Team order completion time varies, we will discuss a timeline with you before you place an order.

 

What is your return policy?

Returns are not offered at this time. If you have any issues with your order, please contact contact@shoptonguetied.com with details!

 

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Please contact contact@shoptonguetied.com within 10 days of receiving your item to make an exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Do you offer cancellations?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. 

Sale items

All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.

 

Return to sender/invalid addresses: 

In the event that the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. Please contact us to schedule a reship, the customer is responsible for paying the reship fee.

 

Lost packages

If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim on the USPS website. Usps claims take up to 8 business days to process. Please include our contact information on the claim so that we can stay updated and help you as best we can. Once we recieve information on the outcome of the USPS, we will assess how to best proceed. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen packages that have failed a USPS claim.

  

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will also include your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please email contact@shoptonguetied.com and a tracking # can be provided.  

 

When are you restocking an item?

All of our reworked products are one of a kind, meaning there is only one available of each. This is what makes our brand so unique!

 

How do I care for my item?

Hand washing items/machine washing inside out on a delicate cycle and air drying is recommended for lifetime wear.

ALWAYS hand wash items with rhinestones/studs.

Any thrifted/vintage garments may have some minor damages including small holes, stains, or other imperfections due to the garments being pre-loved.

Made to orders and custom orders - Please note that mock ups are a digital rendering of what the final product will look like. The logo and patch placement may vary slightly depending on availability and the size that you order.
